Pitcher Purpose is the formal charitable giving program at Pitcher Partners Sydney, providing staff with an opportunity to make a real impact on the community. Through this platform you can give your time or money by making a pre-tax donation to charity, volunteer to work on a community project or fundraise with the support of your colleagues and family and friends.

The Pitcher Purpose program is available to all partners and Pitcher Partners Sydney staff.

Under the Culture and Values pillar of the three-year firm strategy launched in July 2022, the firm is developing a formal Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) plan. The first step in this plan is developing the charitable giving program to boost activity in the social element of ESG. Pitcher Partners Sydney knows the importance of giving back to the community for our people and understand the firm’s contribution to the community it is a key consideration of talent considering a role at Pitcher Partners. Partnering with this platform to administer the Pitcher Purpose program will provide equal opportunities for staff to give back and will provide choice of giving opportunities, supporting the firm in making careers personal.
